Get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the sound and vibration to surround you as you release the stress of the week and settle into deep relaxation.

No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the time and space to rest.

We intentionally limit each Sound Bowl Immersion to 10 guests so the experience remains peaceful, comfortable and personal.
